About the organization
JAPAN-US HR Professionals, Association, Inc. (JUHPA) is the first Japanese-affiliated non-profit organization (NPO) in the USA specializing in human resources and personnel consulting.
Our goal is to create a code of conduct and standards for the recruitment agency and HR consulting industry, providing peace of mind and trust to users and companies .

Services/Activities
1. Establishing an industry code of conduct
Aiming for the healthy development of the human resources and personnel consulting industry, we will formulate a code of conduct that will increase transparency and reliability, providing a standard that both users and companies can feel secure about.
3. Hosting webinars and seminars
We plan to hold online webinars and in-person seminars by experts on human resources and personnel-related issues and case studies. We aim not only to provide participants with knowledge, but also to encourage interaction with other participants and apply it to their work.
2. Information sharing and awareness-raising activities
We regularly publish the latest trends in the human resources market and employment, creating an environment where companies and professionals can respond quickly. By providing information in both Japanese and English, we also promote cross-cultural understanding.
4. Building a member network
We will create a community that connects companies, talent, and consultants across industries. Through mutual support and information exchange, we will create a more sustainable working environment and new business opportunities.
